Dr. Jason McCargar, DMD

Dr. Jason McCargar is a dentist whose work is characterized by his warmth, sense of humor, attention to detail, and his passion for dentistry. As a dentist licensed in both Arizona and Texas, Dr. McCargar has built his reputation around providing the highest quality of dentistry to his patients. He is committed to building long-lasting relationships with his patients by providing a comfortable, anxiety-free dental experience.

Dr. McCargar received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. After receiving his dental degree, Dr. McCargar relocated to Arizona where he joined a private practice in East Mesa as a part-time practitioner, while simultaneously working in hospital-based dentistry for compromised patients in Central Phoenix. In Spring 2007, he relocated his practice to Scottsdale, taking over for retiring dentist, Dr. Michael Teich. In addition to being a private practitioner, Dr. McCargar is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the Central Arizona Dental Society, the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Phoenix Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Texas Dental Association.

When Dr. McCargar isn’t providing quality dentistry to his valued patients, his time is spent enjoying his family, friends, and his dog, Canela. His hobbies include global travel, working out at the gym, and home improvements.
